John Fabry

John Fabry is a senior associate at Williams Kherkher with nearly 20 years experience practicing law. John heads up the FELA docket for the firm. Passed in 1908, the Federal Employers' Liability Act provides protection to railroad workers who are injured or killed on the job.

John received his juris doctorate from Notre Dame Law School, and earned his bachelors from the University of Illinois. He is licensed to practice in all Texas state courts, as well as all state courts in South Carolina. Additionally, John is licensed in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Western and Southern districts of Texas, the District of Nebraska, the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Fourth and Sixth Circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

John is a member in good standing of both the Houston and Texas Trial Lawyers Associations, the American Judicature Society, the American Association for Justice, and the Houston, Texas and South Carolina bar associations.
